As I set off to watch one of my cousins graduate from high school, guess what's on my mind?

I hope everyone is having a lovely weekend so far. In celebration of Spring and the gorgeous weather we've been having in Georgia, I thought this weekend we'd have another "Anything Goes" Dare to Share theme. For this theme, you can post anything. Memoir, fiction, poetry. It doesn't matter. The post can be old or new. Long or short. As the theme suggests, anything goes.

Oh, and for those of you wondering about the Flicker of Inspiration prompt? Well, we'll be unveiling a surprise prompt in the morning. Get excited!

With the Megamillions Jackpot in the US last night, money seems to be on everyone's minds lately. Money also makes a lot of people foolish, and with April Fool's Day coming up tomorrow...well, what could be more perfect? This week's Dare to Share theme is Money.

Dare to Share: Brave

When I first started blogging, I blogged about food...and the weather...and my cats. I never really got up the nerve to blog about anything real or revealing until I started interacting with the blogging community. Slowly, I realized how nice they all were. Slowly, I realized that sharing more of myself and of my hopes and fears and dreams was exactly what I needed.

Sometimes it's hard to share things so personal, but the readers whom I've come to consider friends make even the hardest posts easier to share.

This week we want you to Dare to Share something Brave, something that took was hard to hit publish on. It can be about anything, but we've all been there before. To post or not to post...to reveal something so intimate and personal and revealing that others will see your vulnerability, will see the inside of your heart.

Dare to Share: Your Relationship with Writing

It's been one of those weeks. Everything I could do wrong, I did wrong. And while writing is usually my haven during those kinds of weeks, writing was the culprit of many of my "wrongs" this week, leaving me with no safe harbor. 

The resulting frustration of this Week from Hell has caused me to reevaluate my relationship with writing and that self-reflection has bled over into this week's Dare to Share theme. 

This week I'd like you to share a post that shows us your relationship with writing. This can be a blog post directly related to writing or a blog post that makes you particularly proud of your writing. If you don't have a post that meets one of those themes, then you can post a comment explaining your relationship with writing or you can write an entirely new blog post around the subject.

We've had a relatively mild winter in Georgia, which isn't very unusual...but from what I've heard across the nation, it seems like lots of places are having a milder winter than usual. So, in the spirit of bringing a little winter into our lives (in case you haven't had much), this week's Dare to Share linkup theme is Snow.

Share a new post or a post from your archives with a Snow theme. It can be fiction, nonfiction, or poetry. We don't care. We just want you to make us feel a little cold...
