They say that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Your task this week was to show us that beauty from your point of view. Write a story, poem, song, or blog post about something you, personally, consider to be beautiful. I especially encourage you to choose something that many other people don't see beauty in; maybe something very personal, like an old beat-up car or an ugly pet, or something that just doesn't fit the classic ideals of beauty, like postmodern art. Best of all would be something unexpected, so don't be afraid to surprise or even shock us.
Link up your post below; it stays open until Wednesday night, but don't procrastinate. You're not doing anything important right now, you're reading the instructions that really don't change from week to week; if you're still reading even now, I'm pretty sure you should be writing instead. Come back when you're done. Done? Good, now you can link up, and don't forget a link-back button from the right-hand column there. Do try to read and respond to as many other posts as you can, and remember that other people might be procrastinating too so check back later to see who else comes by. As always, we welcome tweets and facebook posts, so spread the love for L&LB so that more people can join in on the action to make this even more fun for everyone.
